Directions: This will (hopefully) lead to a very interesting and diverse story. One with lots of adventures, suffering, tears, joy, screaming, fangirling and surprises. There will be occasionally book throwing or book throtteling - whatever suits the mood, but mostly book whorshipping.

I am a real person living near the west coast of Ireland. Recently I moved from Germany to work somwhere in Galway and that's what I do in my Offline live. Well, "recently" depends on when you read this. Which also means, I could be anywhere in the world by now.
The most important fact is, I'm addicted to books and stories no matter the shape!
I like to discuss books and bookish related topics and I love to share it with other book-lovers or book-lovers to be.
I use audiobooks whenever convenient, but I don't consider them reading, because technically it is "hearing". However, the book is the same, the experience differs. I also read digital books too, but infrequently since I am a huge supporter of the printed word. I like to have physical copies of books, so I am a collector in a way. Therefore I have a physical TBR and am much to often intrigued by a beautiful cover, though I don't buy a book just because of looks alone.
I mostly read Young Adult, New Adult, Fantasy (in general), some Epic Fantasy, a little Sci-Fi and Dystopian. Sometimes Contemporary and Middle Grade (few, but it happens) too. There might be one odd book inbetween.
I love to explore the world of bookishness (that is probably not a word 😁 - word invention time!) and hopefully you find something you feel inspired to read on this blog!
I am writing a german bookblog since 2011. You can find the blog here (although, surprise it's in german!). Since I came to Ireland and read a lot of english books anyway, I figured it is time to advance and spread my love for books to a wider audience.
Also I do like to improve my language skills and writting this will be good practice. So if you, as native speaker, find anything weird, feel free to point it out.
Will You read further?
Hopefully!
Can I recommend this blog?
Oh, definitely! I have lots of stuff planned.
Is fangirl mode activated?
If you have any questions or comments feel free to use the comment section, or any of the other functions pointed out in my contact page. However, you should be aware that I don't hesitate to delete any stuff I deem inappropiate (check out my policy page). Though, criticism about bookish topics are always welcome, if pointed out in an appropiate manner.
Phew! That sounds like I am some kind of officer for the Ethics and Code of Conduct Office. Just, you know, keep it unoffensive. Unless you offense a really bad book. That is something else entirely! 😉
