... and what Book Traveller is about...

Welcome to my little book-o-sphere. I am a real person in the west of Ireland, recently moved here from Germany for work and Ireland in general. The spotlight isn't the right place for me, that's why I'am writing instead of becoming a Booktuber. 😀
I'm addicted to books and stories no matter the shape. I use audiobooks whenever convenient, but I don't consider them reading, because technically it is "hearing". I also read digital books too, but infrequently. I am a huge supporter of the printed word and like to have physical copies of books. Therefore I have a physical TBR and am much to often intrigued by a beautiful cover, though I don't buy a book just because of looks alone.

The genres I cover are limited to: Young Adult, New Adult, Fantasy & Sci-Fi (in general), some Epic Fantasy, Contemporary, Middle Grade (few, but it happens). There might be one odd book inbetween.
I do accept ARCs within above genre's only. Please feel free to roam this blog before sending in a request.
I do of course, cover all kind of bookish related topics, as I see fit, and love to explore the world of bookishness (that is probably not a word 😁). So hopefully you find something you feel inspired to read!

I am writing a german bookblog since 2011. You can find the blog here (although, surprise it's in german). Since I lived in Ireland and read a lot of english books, I figured it is time for me to advance and spread my love for books to a wider audience.

It should be easy enough: I rate with Travelling-book stacks-around-the-globe and the more are given the better the book.

So 1 means the book was bad, I do not recommend and 5 means the book was awesome. 

It is still a personal rating, though I try not to be too subjective. There will always be spoilers, since I often dissect the plot and the craft behind the book. However, there will be fangirling if applicable. I will always rate honestly, even if the book is an ARC.
